"Hands down one of the best lodge experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, Andy and his wife Senae were incredibly kind and helpful. Whether its offering tips on the good riding, or helping to make restaurant reservations, these two are always willing to go the extra mile. If you have plans to travel to Hakuba, do yourself a favor and stay here. P.s. Make sure to try Senaes amazing hot pot. You will not regret it."

"This was our first time to Hakuba and totally lucked out on picking Hakuba Haven Lodge. Andrew and Sennae were fabulous hosts making us feel very welcome also creating a great space to meet other people. Having a central bar area with a great selection of drinks at very reasonable price.
Do not miss out on Sanae’s hot pot, the best meal we had on our whole holiday. "
