Hakuba Haven lodge offers some of the most comfortable and relaxed accommodation in the Nagano region.
About The Lodge
Hakuba Haven Lodge is a family owned and operated boutique lodge located in Misarano, Hakuba.
Since 2016, the lodge has dedicated it’s winter seasons to helping guests experience their ‘Ski trip of a lifetime’, posting as a base for beginner and professional skiers alike.
At capacity, Haven Lodge hosts just 22 guests enabling us to manage and keep a warm, friendly atmosphere for everybody.
For groups more interested in independent living, we also offer a self contained log cabin for an uninterrupted stay.
Hakuba Haven Lodge offers everything you might need from your accomodation. The few things that we appreciate:

– One Coin Bar (excludes some items).

About Your Hosts
Andrew
In 2015, he visited Hakuba with his family and found a location to chase his passion for helping people.
Originally from New Zealand, Andrew lives in Sydney, Australia with his wife Sanae and two kids. These days he splits his time between Japan and Australia to manage the lodge.
Don’t be surprised if you see him walking around maintaining the lodge while it’s the snowing out. He lives for it!
Always going above and beyond for his guests, he’s not one to shy from
getting you somewhere on late notice! Oh, and he loves an onsen…so ask about where to go if you get stuck and need that knowledge.
Sanae
Born in Japan, Sanae grew up as a competitive skier and has always loved the snow. She learnt her English in the tourism industry so it only comes naturally that she appreciates peoples’ travels.
Her kindness and generosity go a long way for her guests as she will always cater for their needs (dietary needs included), offering local advice and placing bookings for you if you run into any issues.
Mother of two kids and wife to Andrew, her motherly antics extend beyond her own family which makes for a comfortable stay at Hakuba Haven Lodge. You’ll never feel unwelcome!
She makes an absolutely delicious Hot Pot for dinner so be sure to ask about it!
